Processing times
Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Processing can take longer on weekends, US public holidays and during periods of high order volume. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Domestic shipping
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on orders over $200.

Shipping area
We do not ship to international addresses, US territories, APO or FPO addresses, freight forwarding services or P.O. Boxes.
Delivery requests
We can't add special delivery requests to the shipping label — for example, leaving a package with a receptionist or at a side door. Orders are delivered to the address entered at checkout under the carrier's standard delivery terms.
Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping details before checkout. If a package is returned because of incorrect address information, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or lost orders
If an order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and vials and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@feelgoodpeptides.com. Lost packages are investigated with the carrier before a replacement is issued.
